First and foremost are the pressing ones:


  • Q: Can we come in to visit the facility?
  • ​​We welcome it!  We offer a free one hour assessment, so that we can determine what your dog's temperment and personality are like, and which of our services would be a good fit for them. We typically book assessment appointments between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. Click here to register on our customer portal and be added to our mailing list.  We will e-mail you all of our news and announcements, and you will have completed the first step in being able to book appointments and make online reservations. 


  • Q: What are the hours of operation?​
  • We will be open for business 7:00 am until 7:00 pm Monday through Friday, 9:00 am until 4:00 pm on Saturdays, and by appointment on Sundays. The Barklyle will be staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so that our clients will always have human supervision, but we will only be open to the public for pick-up and drop-off during the hours listed. Rates for special accommodations outside of these listed business hours can always be discussed.   • Q: Is my pet required to have any immunizations?
  • We require that you provide us with proof of the followings immunizations: Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. We will need a copy of the supporting veterinarian records before we can accept your pup into the facility. The records must show that your pet has received the immunizations a least 10 days prior to their visit with us
